Performance Unlimited is a training and consulting organization whose area of focus is human performance inside the business environment. It is our belief that as the pace of change quickens with the introduction of new technologies and increasing customer demands the human element of business is often disregarded. In fact, if equal attention is not paid to developing effective individuals, teams and leaders the investment in technology and infrastructure is not maximized, and associate, vendor and customer relationships tend to suffer.
Performance Unlimited conducts numerous workshops, and team-building programs to help teams form, align and mobilize. We also provide longer programs designed to assist organizations in creating an effective set of shared management practices and processes which increases the organizations ability to respond more effectively to the concerns and conditions of the marketplace.
How we work with clients:
We typically create a training design in the following manner:
1. Conduct an assessment of the team and customer’s feedback and concerns through personal
interviews and questionnaires.
2. Design a program to address the interpersonal dynamics of the team, management, and
operational needs of the business.
3. Conduct an impactful, relevant and results-based teambuilding program, leadership
development process, meeting, or offsite.
Most programs are preceded by a brief participant questionnaire in order to get feedback from the entire group attending, and as a way of creating the possibility for inclusion while preparing the attendees to participate fully.
