Larry Burback

Larry Burback has over 25 years of experience in training individuals, teams and organizations to achieve high performance. He focuses on health (how it relates to performance), effective communication, and teambuilding. Over the course of his career Larry has personally worked with thousands of individuals in both large and small group workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Larry has worked with Fortune 100 companies in the United States, Canada, South America, Australia and Europe. He has led combined indoor/outdoor courses designed to develop peak performance in individuals and their organizations. He has designed and taught specialized programs for a wide range of companies including AT&T, Capitol One, Cargill Inc., American Airlines, Citibank, Microsoft, and Cisco Systems. Larry also helped develop and deliver a specialized team-building program for the United States Army and was involved in the Trojan Warrior and Marine Warrior projects.
Larry Lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife Mary and their 2 dogs Molly and Bear. He has been a competitive athlete all his life, including college football, international rugby, the rodeo circuit, marathons, and triathlons. He continues to compete in triathlons, having finished more than eighty, including twelve Ironman competitions.
Larry loves Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix and Erik Clapton. He refuses to tiptoe through life in order to arrive at death safely.
Tom Goodell

Tom Goodell has over 25 years of experience working with leaders, teams and corporate cultures in organizations ranging from entrepeneurial startups to Fortune 500 corporations. Tom began his career working with technological systems, but quickly moved to incorporate human systems into his work, leading to the development of Performance Unlimited's Cycle of Leadership and Leadership Culture tools. He is well known for his work in establishing sustainable high performance in teams, individuals and organizations using those tools. Tom has served as an executive, management and team coach; strategic planning facilitator; and problem-solving facilitator in a wide variety of organizations, including entrepreneurial businesses, large corporations, government, education, and not-for-profit institutions. He leads programs in Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Team Coordination, and Organizational Culture. He is the author of five books and numerous articles on information technology, and is currently working on a book on establishing sustainable high performance organizations. He received executive and management coaching certification from The Newfield Network, Inc. He has also received extensive leadership and somatic coaching training from Strozzi Institute. Tom is an active member of the Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA). With Kate Rubin, MHTA President, he is the co-designer and co-facilitator of the MHTA ACE Leadership Program.
Tom lives in Minneapolis with his wife Barbara and their two dogs, Ivy and Harry. They have two grown daughters, Sarah and Julia. Tom loves music, art, mathematics, photography, and the ancient game of Go.
Erik Gabrielson

Erik Gabrielson has over 15 years of experience working with people and organizations supporting them through change and growth. He excels in creative problem solving, calculated risk taking, connecting with people and envisioning possibilities. He enjoys participating in life to its fullest capacity. Early in his career he was an investment analyst at a large privately held corporation known for its aggressive entrepreneurial leader. He immersed himself in a corporate analytical culture where he spear headed projects ranging from real estate acquisitions, asset and property management to the creation of an operating expansion model for one of its divisions. He then joined a commercial real estate firm that advised closely held companies supporting them in executing their real estate and financial objectives. Erik was heavily involved in strategic planning with each of his clients. He leveraged his strategic planning and problem solving capabilities into a business that supported and positioned US manufacturers to be highly competitive in a global marketplace. He shifted US manufacturers to take advantage of their competitors instead of fearing them. This involved using the strengths of Chinese low cost labor and the strengths of the US manufacturers' capabilities enabling the US companies to reposition themselves as leaders in product manufacturing, just-in-time supply and distribution. Throughout Erik's career he has worked with leaders to create value and solve problems, enabling their companies to reach unrealized potential. He has used his creativity, knowledge and drive to create results for clients. Many of his clients have been nominated and ranked as Entrepreneurs of the Year, fastest growing companies and best MN companies to work for. Erik has a passion for playing in the outdoors. He grew up skiing and windsurfing and currently spends a lot of time on his mountain bike.
Richard McDonald

Richard McDonald has over 25 years of experience working with large and small companies in North America, Europe, Asia, South America, and Africa, developing their competencies in fundamental management skills, teambuilding, and leadership development. His unique approach assists organizations in the design and integration of processes that support individuals in achieving their highest potential, enhancing their creativity, and increasing their performance and productivity.
Richard's clients include, Capital One, Cargill, Celebrity Cruises, General Electric, HP, Microsoft, Nike, Revlon, Shell Oil, US Airways, and Westin Hotels.
Richard was born in South Africa, and now makes his home in Ashland, Oregon. He has two grown children, Moriah and Justice. He enjoys surfing and travels the world in search of the perfect wave.
Pete Wilkins

Pete Wilkins has more than 17 years of experience leading Fortune 100 companies in the U.S., Europe and Asia through significant business transformation efforts. Pete spent 10 years working as a management consultant for Deloitte and Price Waterhouse learning first hand how developing people is the key to achieving success in any organization.
Pete has worked with leaders in some of the World’s top companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Samsung and Levi Strauss. He's augmented his impressive work experience with advanced coaching training from the Newfield Network, is an active participant in Strozzi Institute’s Leadership in Action program and has been trained by Tim Gallwey founder of the Inner Game. Pete is a black belt and instructor of Aikido and brings this unique perspective to his consulting work. He was an Honorable Mention All-American Defensive End, Team Captain and selected to the Big Sky All Conference Team while playing football at the University of Idaho. After his college career he spent two pre-seasons with the New England Patriots as an outside linebacker. The years he spent playing football engrained how essential leadership and teams are to being successful in life.
